Halloween: Mwuhahaha! Tuesday 1st November, 7.30pm at Felixstowe Library.

Hi Scribblers,

Just a quick reminder of our next meeting will be held on Tuesday 1st November at 7.30pm at Felixstowe Library.

The homework assignment will have a spooky Halloween theme and for this meeting only you may compile up to 750 words to scare the wits out of the rest of us! PLEASE BRING A BATTERY POWERED TORCH ALONG TO THIS MEETING IF YOU CAN. IT MAY HELP TO PROVIDE A BEWITCHING ATMOSPHERE!

Hope to see you Tuesday.

Keep Scribbling

I believe turkey's may not be appearing on our plates this christmas, perhaps the lady reader could lend hers to the auspicious occasion, just in case...

Ok, i see that very little has changed in the way of legitimate, or not so, response value. How pathetic can some people be to snipe, name call and generally act like complete numbnuts? What does it take for that sheer effort to shine through, eh guys?

Shall i present to you an example of effort? Ok, are you sitting comfortably, little children? Effort can be defined as the will to succeed, to complete a novel, to present yourself with professionality and applomb to others. Am i getting through or shall i have done with it, get my football out and wear short trousers as i think i may still be in the playground, mmm!

Name calling and mockery of another, especially when hiding behind the moniker of anonymous or suchlike, is truly pointless...what else? Ahh, yes, worthless. Get a grip, this, as i have said before, is a group for writer's NOT fraggled and cowardly individuals with nothing better to do.

Put your slippers on, mate!
I recommend a book such as yoga as a calmative measure.

Mate? I would think not, the friends that i have are people with honesty and integrity, in which case you are fresh out of luck.

They, and i, would have more bottle than to hide behind the anonymous label. I am always calm, collected and rational, which for a guy that looks like a psycho, on day release from Bedlam, will surprise more than a few on occassion.

Ruth, from Felixstowe TV, is a kind, talented and fair person and really wouldn't care as much as one breath about a little boy calling names.

Oh, almost forgot....OMMMMMMMM! Is that calm enough for ya? now where is my smoking jacket? I cannot possibly miss the world service, that would be awwwwfully frightful. Now toodlepip, na-night and god bless!!
